What is Root Cause Therapy?

 

Root Cause Therapy is deep, subconscious healing work.


It’s a powerful method that helps you get to the actual reason you feel the way you do, not just manage symptoms, reframe thoughts, or talk about the same thing week after week.


This isn’t about guessing, diagnosing, or labelling.
It’s about finding the exact moment your system decided,
“This is how I survive.”
…and gently helping it let go.


 

Here’s how it works:

We use powerful tools like muscle testing, belief mapping, and conscious questioning to trace your current symptoms or behaviours back to their root.


Then, using a guided process while you’re fully present, awake and aware, we gently revisit the memory, moment or emotion that created the issue… and release the trapped charge held in the body.


You don’t have to re-live trauma.
You don’t have to make sense of it all.
Your unconscious knows what’s ready to be healed and it will show us, safely, in your own time.


Root Cause Therapy works with both your conscious mind (the part of you aware of your thoughts, actions and patterns) and your unconscious - where all the hidden stuff lives in the mind and body.

Various methods such as regression, inner-child healing, guided visualisation & breathing techniques are used during sessions to allow the full completion of unprocessed emotions which are presently causing unwanted thoughts, behaviours and symptoms in your life.

What are limiting or subconscious beliefs?

Limiting beliefs or core programs are unconscious, negative and untrue beliefs we formed about ourselves during early childhood based on the environment we grew up in and the level of both conscious awareness and emotional intelligence our care givers had during that time. 

How do limiting beliefs affect us.

These beliefs are held deep within our subconscious which is responsible for 95% of e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g we do...

we're just not consciously aware of it!

Our belief system creates our thoughts, our thoughts generate our emotions, our emotions determine the decisions we make and the results we achieve. We subconsciously create behavioural patterns based on our belief system. The more negative beliefs we hold about ourselves, the more we attract and repeat negative patterns into our lives and struggle to achieve the things we want in area's of our lives such as our health, wealth, relationships, careers & personal growth.

What creates our limiting beliefs?

Limiting beliefs are caused through trauma response. Trauma can be any experience where we can't cope & the sympathetic nervous system becomes activated,causing us to enter in to survival mode. This is where trauma can become trapped in our subconscious mind & body causing us to repeat patterns of unwanted behaviours when we become triggered. 

Broken down trauma is unresolved stress in the body.
