Our belief system creates our thoughts, our thoughts generate our emotions, our emotions determine the decisions we make and the results we achieve. We subconsciously create behavioural patterns based on our belief system. The more negative beliefs we hold about ourselves, the more we attract and repeat negative patterns into our lives and struggle to achieve the things we want in area's of our lives such as our health, wealth, relationships, careers & personal growth.
Limiting beliefs are caused through trauma response. Trauma can be any experience where we can't cope & the sympathetic nervous system becomes activated,causing us to enter in to survival mode. This is where trauma can become trapped in our subconscious mind & body causing us to repeat patterns of unwanted behaviours when we become triggered.
